Fray and Ruben did a terrific job installing our new HVAC system. They arrived promptly and were resourceful in working out how to fit equipment in tight spaces while navigating our household, which includes friendly, albeit enthusiastic, doggies. Estes has done very well for us over the years. Thanks!

I’ve had a service contract with Estes for several years. Their service/maintenance department has always been reliable and prompt. It is no surprise that their installation team of Geovani, Carlos, Brandy, and Tobias arrived exactly on time. They introduced themselves and went straight to work. They worked together as a team getting the job done. They explained the process, schooled me on the new thermostat, answered my questions, and even helped me download the app to my phone. The did a great job of cleaning up too. I am glad to have Estes as my HVAC company.

I needed a new AC Unit. Salesman, Sam Rhone did an excellent job of discussing financing arrangements and scheduling installation conducive to my schedule. The next day, Technicians Sonn Y and Joel installed the new AC unit, evaporator coil, and thermostat. Exceptional service! They were pleasant, professional and courteous – explained the steps involved in performing the installation – arrived on time – took care to cover my carpet – wore protective covers over their shoes – cleaned up any debris of work area, both inside and outdoors – removed old equipment and carried away for disposal – when finished explained operation of new thermostat – explained pros/cons and performance of new AC Unit vs old. Estes Services have done an excellent job of maintaining HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems in my home for more than 30 years! Great company to do business with.

I had the furnace replaced. Estes installers were on time, courtious, and didn’t leave any mess behind. The team of Bryan and Sonny were efficient in completing the job on time and helpful in showing me new features of the equipment and filter replacement. The always wore booties, put down protective floor runners and they even cut a hole in the dining room ceiling for a new return duct. When the job was finished they had cleaned up all areas as if they were never here. Well done!

Fantastic service yesterday. I have a contract with Estes for heating/air, electric and plumbing. I love that they are just a call away when I need them! They were also great before I had the contract when I would call they on an as needed basis. Either way, Estes is a good supplier of services.
Yesterday I got the (free, under my contract) spring maintenance of my air conditioner and furnace. And, he then analyzed why my heat/air is uneven throughout the house. Very useful! He really went the extra mile for me.
And, he was so polite and respectful of my home. I love the little booties all the Estes folks wear when they come inside, and the way they take away any trash like the old filter when they leave.
And, Estes is great about coming in the timeframe they tell you they will.

Installation of new heat pump. Juan and Bryan did an excellent job with the installation. In just a few hours, we had our new heat pump with furnace back up operational. A month later and through cold temperatures around 30oF we have had 70oF indoors with no issues. Thank you for the excellent job!

The Estes team did a great job starting with the service to potentially repair the existing unit and resulting recommendations. Justin walked us through the best solution to replace system and the install team was able to schedule the appointment for the following day. Marcus and Bryan removed the old unit and had us up and running in a few hours. Can’t say enough about the professionalism from the entire team.

My experience with Estes was fantastic. From the young sales person Trey to the two young techs who installed my new furnace Jason and Reuben. They were polite, professional, helpful and did the job very well. They were attentive and I felt very comfortable with them. I joked about them looking so young and one of them said “Well we are the new wave I guess.” Estes you are doing a great job training these young people and I will continue to use your services for another 20 years. Your women in the office are also enthusiastic and helpful. Good job 360!

Estes Services was completely professional from the beginning to end. We used them in 2021 during an emergency when our air conditioner stopped working. They were able to repair it temporarily to get us through the rest of the year. We did have Chris McBride come out and give us a few quotes but at the time, we just couldn’t swing replacing the unit.
Fast forward to this year, I reached out to Chris M. again who came by my house the next day to draw up a new estimate. Chris was easy to work with and knowledgeable of what was needing to be done.
This quote was on a Tuesday and the whole team was at my house on Friday for AC replacement and new duct work for returns in the attic. They worked fast, efficient, and were in and out within 1/2 a day. Geovani, Carlos, and Brandyn were perfect.
On Monday (today at the time of writing 5/16/2022) Howard and Patrick showed up to build an encasement for the return that was exposed. They were quick and were in and out in no time. The work looks great as if the wall existed the whole time. They even did the base molding which is something I didn’t even think about.
I’ve currently talked to them about doing insulation as well just because this whole process from start to finish has been great.
10/10 would recommend

Estes had excellent service, they were very knowledgeable and had outstanding customer care from start to finish. They showed up on time and got right to work. They kept us informed and answered any questions that we had along the way. We have been extremely pleased with Estes as a company. I would recommend Marcus and Bryan for your next job. They got the job done, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly have years of experience to know how to get the job done effectively and efficiently. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend their team. So glad we used Estes!

I have been a long-term customer of Estes and they have always been extremely responsive for all service requests. Most recently, I needed a repair that required a part to be ordered. I was contacted as soon as it was available and scheduled promptly to finish the repair. Brad and Brandon did the repair and they were both very professional. They let me know how long it would take to complete the installation, cleaned up after themselves and went over everything with me prior to initiating payment. I could not be more pleased with the services provided.

We’ve been a customer of Estes for over 20 years and the reason why is because of great customer service. I would like to highlight two exemplary young men who represented the company very well. Jason and Ali were very professional, courteous and friendly. They completed the job in a quiet and efficient manner. Jason took the time to answer our many questions without appearing like he was in a rush. He treated us with the upmost respect. He took extra time knowing he had another job to show us how the new system function. We really appreciate their high standard professionalism.
