It is important to us that our customers fully understand the issues they are having with their home and why the problems have occurred.
We will create a customized plan that will fully address the issues and insure that our customers completely understand what we will be doing and how it will be done.

Communication– From the first phone call to the last we will keep our customers informed of their project status and changes as we work together.
Execution– From the project design to the completion of the work we will do exactly what we have contracted together to accomplish.
Workmanship – Every project is custom designed to correct the issues and we will stand behind it with a warranty that is stated in the contract. We will also send out warranty certificates that are transferable with the property.
RESPECT

We consider our customers friends and family and we treat them that way. We will respect their time by confirming all appointments and arriving on time. We will treat their home like our own while performing all work and we will dress and speak professionally at all times. We ensure that all work related debris is removed when the job is completed.

Mike and his team at ESOG were great to work with. They came out and diagnosed the issue I experienced in my basement after a recent torrential rainfall and came up with a solution. They came out early the following week and took less than two days to get everything done start to finish.

I would say the experience dealing with ESOG employees and Bruce were a (5) as they were very responsive, efficient and customer-oriented. Waiting to do more work with them. The subcontractor that did the bulk of the work was excellent in doing most of the actual work, but the manners, etiquette, and communication style did not sync with mine.

This company is super responsive. Engineer Chad came up with a solution that used the latest technology and was cheaper than one recommended by Aquaguard. The workers left the place in a clean condition. Professional, fast, affordable.

We had Allen Dolph out to review our footings under our home. Some of the support columns were rusted as our hike is 25 years old. He did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and a suggestion to add one more support beam. His computer photos validated his thoughts. Three technicians, Ronelle, Branden and JoshD came out to do the job. They were very professional and explained exactly what they were required to do. The better strength and overall quality of their steel pipes was apparent. These men were very proud of their company which was refreshing to witness. Their customer service is on task as well. After helical piers were installed to support foundation – Crew ( Cameron and Levi) did fantastic job replanting bushes and removing all the debris so you couldn’t tell that there was a major work done today.
They also did not mind questions and gave detailed explanations of the repair.process. I am happy with work they did.

I have used ESOG for 2 repairs on my basement – crack injection and joist repairs. ESOG was quick to repair the joist work, which was a complicated repair due to positioning of plumbing and electrical wiring. I had a very short timeframe as I was selling the house and closing was only 2 1/2 weeks away. The team was very flexible with my timeline and performed quality work. I highly recommend ESOG!
