Upgrading existing system, switch services to EMC. Very prompt response and professional from EMC Office Staff, Sales Rep and Installation Tech, all completed within a 24 hour period. Installation by Hampton Hudson … knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.

So far, we have had a great experience with EMC. Our salesman, Mark, helped us determine exactly what we needed. He was very responsive and professional. The installation professional, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Looking forward to continuing excellent service from EMC.

EMC Security was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my home security system. They did not try to oversell me or push products on me that I didn’t need. Both the sales rep and the technician communicated very effectively and clearly, and made sure I understood all my options and how to operate the system. They were extremely quick to reply to my online inquiry, send a representative, and install the system.

EMC customer service is outstanding. The tech that came out took his time to explain to me how to work the alarm panel. And the prices can’t be bet. I highly recommend them.

We have had ADT Security prior to there being EMC Security (since 1996). ADT’s rates have continued to climb higher and higher every year. After speaking with EMC Security, I learned that they could use our equipment – even the keypads and their monthly monitor.rates were significantly less than what we were paying @ADT!! So, I asked when could they come out and they were there the very next day. No issues at all with EMC Security (nothing got messed up) and they were very responsive when we called about a question. Best part – they have never had a cost increase! Thank you to EMC Security and to the GA EMCs for all that you do and offer. We are proud to be associated with such great cooperatives!!

My experience with EMC has been good. Initially, my alarm went off several times due to faulty wiring installed by another security company. We used
sensors previously installed hoping it would save me money. Every time there was a false alarm i was contacted immediately. Personnel and the technicians were personable and efficient. My system is now operating at optimum level. I am
more than satisfied, I feel secure and comfortable in my home. I highly recommend EMC as I believe you will be as pleased as l am.

I love EMC security. I had EMC for a few years and then switched to another company because I moved and my neighborhood recommended I switch, so. I did. I had the worst experience that I had to cancel and switch back to EMC.
I l highly recommend EMC over any other company. Prices are very reasonable and the service is impeccable. I enjoy every single technician that I have encountered- courteous, communicative and very knowledgeable.
I just wish they serviced a larger area but very happy that can service my home. Thank you EMC and Irving!

I am very satisfied with the services I received. I was a former customer, and came back to EMC. They are very respectful and thoughtful. The technicians that reinstalled my services were very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service has been very responsive and monitoring after a slight trigger to check in on me was a welcomed surprise. Just seeing the amount of time and care that they have spent with me getting me back up, I understand why scheduling can be lengthy. They respected my home and kept the work area clean. Who does that these days! I am really glad I came back to EMC!

We have had two different security companies over the years, before this recent change to EMC. With both previous companies we just felt that our needs and system requests were not being met. Prices kept increasing. Service kept lacking. Due to me being older and high-pitched tone deaf, I could not hear our keypad chime when entry doors opened. Even with great hearing aids, I could not hear the chime throughout the house. The last security company came and basically said there was nothing which could be done. No effort was made at all. The tech said “pay the monthly charge for the app and you’ll get the notifications on your phone. And by the way, that’s $7 or $8/month.”
So I called EMC. A salesman with great knowledge came, reviewed our system, and offered a resolution at little cost. A part had to be ordered, but as soon as it arrived a technician came to do the install. He inspected our entire system, finding and replacing a couple of window sensors, at no cost. The modified system works great, I can hear the chime throughout the house. In the switch to EMC, even getting their awesome app to arm/disarm, troubleshoot, and much more, our monthly fee actually went down.
Folks in the office were very pleasant and professional when I called to setup auto pay, and even sent some detailed information about our system.

EMC was great from start to finish. They helped me over the phone with my account and helped me transition from my old provider to them. They were very informative and and polite. When the technician came out to the house he verified my existing system updated it were required. He then helped me understand how the new app works. I’m very happy with EMC. I have the system that I needed for a good price and no contract.Thank you EMC.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMC Security. The sales reps are very informative and helpful. The Service technician responsible for installing/updating my system was AMAZING. He was very thorough in making sure everything was installed and working properly. He was very helpful, informative, friendly, and patient in reviewing my system with me and going over the features.
The customer service experience with EMC security is VERY, VERY GOOD, and again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
