Brought my 2017 Acura ILX in to be repaired from a hit and run. Spoke with Joe. He was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. I can’t begin to express my appreciation for this shop. The job they did was absolutely incredible and Joe’s customer service was outstanding. I felt like he really cared about my situation and me. He took it very seriously and the results were well beyond my expectations. They washed my car and even cleaned the interior which blew my mind. My car looks brand new. I’d give them a million stars but the max is 5. I most definitely recommend this shop and will be recommending it to friends, family acquaintances and anyone else that needs their car fixed. Thank you so much Joe!! You’re amazing. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my vehicle.

I went to Elite and spoke to Mario after John and Connie at Quality Automotive Services recommended them to me for touching up a coin-sized dent/scratch on my hatchback door.

The care and quality of the work was impressive – the new paint was seemlessly matched and the door looked new afterwards. It was a relatively minor repair, but in spite of that, Mario made sure that the job was done well. They gave me a good price, and even took the time to have my car washed!
