Owners, Chef Sean & Elē Tran, of local favorite Tangerine Fusion/Sushi Bar welcome you to experience Elê, unforgettable ambiance, unique cocktails, sushi bar & fine dining. Where the foodies go. Sean Thongsiri learned to cook alongside his mother and grandmother in Vientiane, Laos, but it was a lot of trial and error. We also offer custom menu creation to ensure the perfect event. Catering services are available both on- and off-site.

Getting the best food for his dishes was easy, though. He frequented the town’s market, where he culled relationships with local farmers and fisherman to ensure the best possible product. This is a practice he still clings to as head chef of Ele Fine Fusion restaurant, where his modern fusion style is alive in the food, as well as the decor.

There, in the glow of handsome blond sconces and colorful landscape prints, guests sit on banquettes and enjoy sushi rolls, crispy duck, and steaming curry dishes, many fashioned with fresh organic vegetables. Ele Fine Fusion is available to cater weddings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, business meetings, conferences, large lunches, and holiday gatherings.

Best dining experience i’ve had in Savannah. The quality of the food here was superb and the portions were worth the money spent.If you love fusion restaurants you will enjoy this one. There is no better food than Ele in Savannah, and Savannah has a lot of fantastic restaurants! Ele is always excellent and never disappoints. Yasir is the best server! We live here and we take all of our out of town visitors to Ele.

Beautiful interior fabulous food. Appears very elegant but not overly expensive. If you go with specials and waiters suggestions you will spend too much. Look at the menu. Very nice selections. Sushi is some of the best I have every had we had that as an appetizer. I had the 3 flavored crispy chicken and my husband had the crispy sea bass both were phenomenal we also had dessert. Some wonderful pecan pie ice cream concoction with a liqueur topping. Oh so good. I will come back here whenever I am in Savannah. Entrees are typically $15 but is a nice portion and beautifully plated with orchids as garnish

With a group of 30, it’s obviously hard to find a place for all of us to eat a sit-down dinner but Ele came through! They placed us in their wine cellar with sound-proof padding, our own personal music and closed the doors. With the drinks flowing, we had a great time. The food was impeccable and their service was great despite our large number. Highly recommend the calamari as an appetizer and the seared scallops with Chilean sea bass for an entree. Beautiful food in a beautiful setting.

Fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere; the menu is expansive and the drink selection divine. The wife and I try to go once a month (budget allowing), and are always treated exceptionally well and are made to feel like a priority each and every time we dine. And to those people that gave the restaurant poor reviews based solely upon their own inability to dress appropriately: FOR SHAME!–take the time to do a little homework, and always remember that you could have dined somewhere else when you realized you were under-dressed. Restaurants depend upon feedback to thrive (and sometimes even survive), and your poor ratings based solely upon your “wardrobe malfunction” are not their cross to bear.
