Ok, at one point & time this was Elbow Room Self Storage and they were 5 Stars great!!, they are now Midgard Self Storage and things just went downhill quick. While my monthly bill doubled over a 12 month period, my stuff was being ruined because they stopped using any pest management and got an infestation. What a nightmare experience once Midgard took over. They might have resolved the infestation, but it was too late for ~1/4 of my unit.

I’m just a couple of days in on my storage contract but everything so far has been great! Friendly service and I even received a call after completing my paperwork online just to make sure that I understood everything and that I didn’t have any questions.

The facility is very neat and well maintained. So far, I couldn’t ask for better service!

I needed a U haul last minute. Shannon and Neal made the process super easy and they were both so nice and helpful. I will defiantly use Midgard in the future for any storage or U haul needs.

I have used several self storage companies and I have to say that this is by far the best experience I have had. The customer service was top notch, the unit I used was clean and well kept, and the price was very reasonable. I recommend these guys to anyone needing storage space in the area.

All Around Great Storage and U-Haul Rental Place — I know people who have had bad experiences with some other places in town, so I never hesitate to recommend this one. Good storage and U-Haul rental isn’t free/crazy cheap, but it’s a great value for the price and as good a deal as you can hope for (especially if you value top-notch customer service and a secure facility, which frankly, everyone I know does). I mean, the place is downright pretty! I suppose that’s just a bonus, though. :) Recent U-Haul rental for furniture moving in particular was a breeze. Great location near downtown.
