Established in 1997, El Carrizo has served Columbus and the surrounding areas with authentic Mexican cuisine. El Carrizo serves a wide variety of Spanish dishes ranging from simple tacos and burritos to more complex sharable meals such as our fajitas or our famous molcajete! Choose from grilled chicken, shrimp , steak or a combo of all three for our fajita dishes. If you would like to add grilled chicken, shrimp or steak to your quesadilla, taco, burrito just ask your server about your variety of options!
