Wow! Awesome meal at Edgar’s. We started off with a small appetizer, the corn dip. Very good. My wife had stuffed pork chops – they were excellent. I went for the shellfish & grits – best I’ve had in the CSRA. Their twist was to add andouille sausage, panko-dipped & lightly fried shrimp, and shelled & chopped crawfish. Cheesy, spicy, and delicious. We finished up with a cinnamon-bun cheesecake. A true ricotta-based cheesecake, but very light & fluffy with tins of flavor. Plus, they gave us dessert since it was our anniversary. Service was also quick, unobtrusive, friendly, and impeccable. Can’t wait until our next visit!!

My girlfriend and I went last night to celebrate her birthday.
It was our first time eating here. I ordered the seafood and grits.
Spicy but I loved it. My girlfriend ordered the steak and she said
it was great. Loved the atmosphere but it would not work if
you are looking for a romantic atmosphere. We will be back for sure

We ate here to celebrate my brother’s medical school white coat ceremony on a Saturday night. It wasn’t our first option (we waited too long to make a reservation at the place we originally wanted to eat at), but we were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is trendy, and the service was great. Our waitress was really attentive and sweet as well.
I had a Moscow Mule to drink and it was made perfectly! For dinner, I ordered the filet mignon and it was delicious. I ordered it medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly, and the fingerling potatoes that came with it were seasoned well and really yummy. Everyone else in our group really enjoyed their meals as well. For dessert, we shared a crème brûlée and piece of chocolate tart–do not skip out on dessert!!! The chocolate tart had a Bailey’s glaze and it was indescribable. Overall, Edgar’s Grille was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back.

Tried Edgar’s Grille for the first time last night and it was excellent. They have a small menu of food that is perfected. My party of eight ordered the salmon, filet mignon, fried chicken, Augusta spring rolls, and more. The hits of the night were the salmon and filets, and the fried chicken (honey sriracha fried chicken) mac and cheese were a bit too smokey. Also, the meat and cheese board was very pungent, and should only be ordered by true cheese lovers. Vanilla creme brulee was our favorite dessert followed by the chocolate bread pudding which was served hot with ice cream. Be dressed business casual for lunch and dinner, and be prepared to spend about $30/ person including drinks. Fine dining with a great cause behind it. This eatery is linked to a culinary school associated with the Goodwill. Don’t let that stop you, the food is impeccable, and rivals our finest restaurants.
