What a great company. I was getting ready to head back to Birmingham after visiting family here and all 4 of my tires lost air pressure drastically when the weather turned cold and I needed air before I could drive home. I called them because they were close and after telling the extremely nice lady on the phone my dilemma she said come anytime and will get you taken care of. She was right…Great service…. 5 min in and out and now I can safely drive back home. Having our own business I know how important customer service is and this company hit all marks!!!!

Earl’s did a great job replacing the turbo in our diesel truck. They even called the manufacturer and found that the part was still under warranty, saving us a ton of money! Both times we’ve used them the work was high quality and finished very quickly. Would highly recommend them anytime!

Took my wife’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata to Earl’s Quality Car Care for my wife wanted the breaks checked for she was hearing a very slight sound upon breaking. Kim the Operations Manager gave us a warm reception and informed us they will follow-up accordingly. Received a call from Kim later that day and she was pleased to inform us the breaks were in great shape along with checking other related items that checked out well. Additionally they took it for a road test, for double checking purposes. She handed my wife her keys with no invoice/ bill for services rendered. Needless to say, Earl’s Quality Car Car has and will continue to be our, “Go To” car repair shop going forward. Brad Burmeister

The people who work at Earls are honest, friendly and know what they are doing. They will not try to rip you off with services you don’t need. Kim was the one I dealt with the most and she is wonderful!

I own All pro mobile Rv repair, so from one repair shop to another I highly recommend Earls quality car care. They diagnosed and repaired my work truck with strictly what it needed. Never once tried to up sell me on repairs I didn’t need. Truck is riding smoother than it has in a long time! Great communication and overall just a good experience. I’m a new loyal customer

Earl’s is my trusted, Go-To mechanic for the seven Honda and Toyota vehicles my family owns. We have tried other mechanics in the area and have been disappointed by the work they have done. For my family over the last ten years though, Earl’s consistently puts out a far superior product. They always make sure I understand exactly what they will do on a repair and why. They possess the highest level of attention to detail I have ever seen in an automotive repair shop. The end product always results in meticulous work on every repair they do for us. They are just a small bit more expensive than some of the other shops around town, but the value is much higher because they always put out an incredible, far superior product in the work they do. Try them once and you will be their customer for life!
