The receptionist is great! She was very inviting and made the whole estimate process easy. The services are reasonably priced and the other staff were nice and accommodating as well.
Update: Originally rated 5 stars and that rating remains the same after their service. The work they did on my car looks great! The staff was receptive of any questions I had and very informative in their answers and even provided solutions.
I would 100% recommend their services to anybody in need of them and will be in business with them myself again in the future!

The Eagle team has been amazing. After my accident, they made life a lot easier. They took such great care of my car and kept me updated every step of the way. When I got to pick up my car she looked brand new! Highly recommend!

They have been amazing! We had a need to get our car repaired quickly because we were supposed to move in less than a month out of state! They worked with us to be sure our car was safe for the trip! Every where else said any repairs that quick were impossible in the CSRA but with God all things are possible! Mission trip here we come. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to all of you at Eagle paint and body!

I took my car in on a Monday and was told it would be Friday. On Wednesday they called to let me know if they got one part in it would be ready on Thursday. It was ready by 11 am on Thursday and you can’t tell anything had happened to my car. They did an EXCELLENT job, very kind and dependable.

I am a return customer that loves the service that I receive at Eagle. The entire staff is very cordial and extends every courtesy that one can possibly think of to ensure that can you have the most pleasurable experience ever.

My wife brought our 2015 Denali into the shop because someone keyed our passenger side door. She was greeted and welcomed into shop as if she had known the staff for a long time. Everyone was professional and kind.
They even gave her a ride back home and picked her up when it was done. My truck looks honestly as good as the day I drove away from the dealership. Top notch guys, keep up the good work.

I had my 2016 Honda Odyssey repaired after a side impact that deployed the side curtain airbags. The van had 700 miles on it so my expectations where very high.
The staff is very friendly and kept me informed. When I came to pick up my vehicle I pointed out some issues i wasn’t satisfied with. They where very apologetic. Two days later I came back and all my concerns where addressed.
My vehicle is as good as new. Hope I never have to but if needed Eagle paint and body will be my first choice.

After all parts were ordered and on hand, I gave them my car.They gave me a ride to and from my home They said it would be ready in 3 days. They called to give me an update in the middle of the repair.
It WAS ready in 3 days! My car was detailed and looked as good as the day I drove it off the dealer’s lot. It drove the same way! The entire staff, from Brooks to the four team members that I met, were the most professional, courteous group I have encountered at a repair shop.
Without reservation, I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a car problem.
