Dr Roof installed our roof in 2014 and did a great job. Recently (2023), we called Dr Roof regarding a small lead on 2/12 pitch section over our screened in porch. They were recommended by the neighbor. They came, assessed the damage, gave a reasonable quote for the job. They arrived a day early, finished quickly cleaned up and were gone within 2hrs. I’d use them again.

I had a large tree branch fall on my roof putting a whole in the roof and a large gash in the underlying plywood. My son directed me to Dr. Roof to inspect it and give a proposal for the repair. Drew, the representative from Dr. Roof, and his team were thorough, prompt, courteous, communicative and reliable. I will recommend Dr. Roof to anyone who is in need of roof repair. I also was pleasantly surprised at the VERY reasonable cost of the repair. I am grateful for their team and their service.

Bailey spoke to us about our roof after 2 hail storms this summer. He was fast, very knowledgeable, professional, and authentic. He used a drone to make an assessment and then sent an email the same night in which he highlighted different concerns. It took so little of our time, and we have invaluable information.

I have lived in Winterthur for 41 years and have had many repairs on my home and met many contractors, painters, roofers and handymen. Dr. Roof sent two workers to my home. These men were experts in roof repair and artists in their attention to detail. And they cleaned up, and were so helpful and polite. I will only use this company from now on.

We reached out to Dr. Roof to correct some poor work on our roof based on the recommendation of some neighbors who had recently used them. Very happy we did! They were quick, accurate, and very communicative. We saw pictures of everything as they were doing it, and they were able to solve the problem within a matter of days! We’d definitely use them again!

Dr. Roof did a great job installing my roof. They showed up on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. Hector the supervisor explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them for any and all roof services. I can not forget Andy who originally came out to assess my roof. He went above and beyond. He pointed out the issues with my old roof and assisted with color selection and warranty information for the new roof. The whole team was great to work with.

I have used Dr Roof for roof repairs and analysis, construction services to replace rotted wood, pressure washing and painting the house, over many years. This project was to pressure wash, restore and stain the retaining timber wall and fence railing and was done by experts and looks like new. Very professional, reasonable prices, top notch results. You can see from the before photo of the weathered wood (21 years old) to the after pressure wash to the new stain being applied.
