Customer Reviews
We were on the road, 4 hours from home, and our van overheated. Parts needed replacing. Douglas City Auto Care completed repairs the same day for us. Saving us from having to obtain a hotel room and missing prior scheduled family events. We were unable to find, and obtain, a rental vehicle to continue our travels. I am thankful for their kindness and prompt service.

My truck broke down on I-20 on December 30, 2023. I had my vehicle towed to Douglas County Auto Care and rented a car to get home. I called them when they opened back up on January 2 and they had my truck fixed the next day. I can’t say enough about their communication and professionalism.

I’ve used NTB, Sears, Discount Tire, John Bleakly Ford, Higgins Ford and DC Autocare. Out of all these places I highly recommend Douglas County AutoCare. They have competitive prices, great customer service, and quick turnaround time. I have to say my sales person, Brett, he was very professional and is no doubt an asset to the company.Sure you might save a buck or two else where, but in my opinion based on my actual experiences over the past 10 years having to service four different cars, if you want it done right and you want it done honestly, then take your car to DC AutoCare.Just picked up my 99 Lincoln Continental today. New ball joints, 4 new tires and an alignment. FANTASTIC! Drives great! Thank you! A+

I’ve been doing business with Douglas County Auto Care for over 25 years. They were previously the Shell and Chevron station on Fairburn Rd. I’ve always gotten great service from the staff. Very honest family operated business. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I recently had a problem with my vehicle and took it to another shop here in town (NTB). They thought that I was ignorant and tried to get money, $29.99 to be exact for “cleaning the undercarriage'” to find a leak that I showed the tech exactly where it was! My fiancee’ took me to Bret at Douglas County Auto Care and he charged me $20 to fix the leak and did it in record time. Very happy with them!
