I’m always skeptical of big chain automotive places but this was a very pleasant visit. Was unaware that they offer free tire repair. Came here after the Pep Boys guys told my wife that her air pressure was going down due to cold weather. The tech at discount tire immediately found the screw that was in the tire and saved me over $200 from my planned tire replacement.

Wait times are comparatively short even when they’re busy, and every associate I’ve dealt with were professional and courteous. Signed up for the certificate program and I’ve already had two tires replaced for free due to road construction debris popping tires.
