I’ve already written one review for Digital Doc, but I thought I’d just praise them some more. I took my computer in because it wasn’t recognizing the hard drive. They did a free diagnostic and found out my cable needed replacing. Since my screen was cracked they fixed that as well for a reduced price. They actually overnight expressed the glass for my computer because they know I’m a busy student. They kept me informed every step of the way, even to tell me that the heat from the glue had removed some of my stickers. I can’t stress enough how lovely these guys are, I highly recommend them.

After attempting to build a computer myself and failing terribly, I brought my box of parts to them and they had it put together running perfectly in two days flat. Two months of agony and a useless box of expensive parts was over. And they were right in my neighborhood too! smile emoticon They’re incredibly kind and helpful, very personal and down to earth, and will work with you to fix your problems until they’re gone. They even sent an email a week after I picked up my computer to check to see that everything was still running well. Will definitely go back if I have any more problems.

I have brought in several computers, from a macbook to a Custom Built PC that was just giving me hell, these guys WILL fix your computer and are super reasonable with pricing! All of the staff are super polite and really care about the work they do and really great about keeping you updated on what’s going on! 10/10 would recommend this place over anywhere else in the area!
