If you are craving authentic Italian food than this is the place for you, especially if you have a gluten intolerance. Our server, Chris was very attentive and was great at recommending gluten free options for me and a reasonably priced wine from their large wine selection. The corzetti con pollo was a wonderful dish of roasted chicken, sun dried tomatoes and pancetta. My friends loved the duck confit lasagna which is the chef’s specialty but is sadly not gf. However, our favorite dish was the scallops with risotto and prosciutto. The prosciutto adds extra flavor and texture to the dish to make it delectable and unusual. The creme brûlée was the only gluten free dessert option but was also very good. This is definitely a place that we all plan to come back to several times.

We went to di Paolo on a whim based on a friends recommendation and it blew me away. Situated in a shopping plaza next to Goodwill threw me off at first, but once you walk in the door you’re greeted by a Zagat rated and absolutely stunning restaurant. The bar is small so don’t expect a seat on busy nights and honestly a reservation is always recommended. All the dishes were delicious and the di Paolo Old Fashioned was a huge hit with our group.

Dropped in later on a Friday night after a movie. Super friendly, helpful servers. Wonderful food and fantastic wine selection. Tasty Carbonara, a little more thick and linguine-like than in Rome but it was delicious. Odd location (strip mall) but I hope this place continues to thrive. Not a budget restaurant, but you get what you pay for.

Excellent service. Very professional and courteous. Special bruschetta appetizer, gnocchi appetizer, shrimp and sausage over polenta, veal parmigiana were all amazing. The best warm chocolate cake with heath bar gelato I’ve ever had.
