5 Star Service with a 5 Star Doctor. Dr. Rutledge Forney is a rockstar. We started using this practice for our dermatology needs about 2 years ago. Dr. Forney is a dermatologist in demand so if you would prefer to see her you better book now. We live in midtown and the list and schedule was long to get into see her so we booked our initial “New Patient” appointment to see her in her Alpharetta office so we could get in sooner. Once we were established as patients in their north office it was much easier to get into see her in the midtown location. The entire staff, medical assistants and Dr. Forney are truly rockstars. They understand the fundamentals of great customer service, communication and beside manners. I would highly recommend seeing their practice if you need a dermatologist. They are AMAZING!

Went in to have a spot checked and sure enough it needed to be removed. Mac was the nurse who initiated the visit and asked me if I’d be more comfortable with a female nurse. Glad I said no….he was awesome. When he gave me the shot to numb my hand, I didn’t feel a thing….excellent bed-side manner! So, alongside Emily, who is a first-class PA, they made a great team! Blessed to have this practice so close.

I trust these folks. I’m always there for my annual full body check, visits for suspicious spots, and cosmetic treats. Anything sketchy heads of to pathology. I really like the fact that after I save up my money for my once a year filler around my mouth it looks great and above all NATURAL. I just look better, not alien. Before I had it done the first time I heard the owner of the practice say “If someone can tell you’ve had filler it was done incorrectly.” That sold me. I can move my lips and it doesn’t look strange.

She is THE BEST. Smart, medical knowledge, kind, good listener, sense of humor. The whole package. I’ve seen her for almost twenty years for medical and aesthetic dermatology.

Great, Dr. Abbott and her Assistant, with a capital “A” were attentive to my concerns … feelings of aliens crawling under my skin. Other Drs responded like I was crazy. Dr. Abbott actually gave me a possible cause and common complaint . I’m not crazy. She’s took a biopsy of the area as a precaution. Thanks. Go back in 2 weeks.

I have been coming to Dermatology Affiliates for over 3 years and every time has been wonderful. I’ve always seen Dr. Abbott and was slightly worried when I got an appointment with Dr. Clay but I shouldn’t have worried. I commented to my wife right after that this practice must only hire the best and sweetest people because I love every single doctor I’ve come in contact with. I also want to mention that I went there this year without insurance and their cash price is very reasonable for the yearly scan.

I started coming to this dermatology office last year. They have always been able to get me in to see someone within 48 hours and I have never had to wait long once I get there. At my appointment this morning, I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. After being placed in a room, I got out some notecards to study but the PA came in before I even finished reading the second card. Emily was very professional and personable. She sat down, listened, asked questions, and spent more than the typical 60 seconds that you get out of a doctor before they rush off. I will definitely be requesting my future appointments with her!

This office is really awesome! I found Dr. Clay online. The office was not busy and I scheduled an appointment for both me and my daughter. The lady at the front desk was very nice! We probably waited less than 10 minutes and they put both of us in the same room since our appointments were close.
The nurse she was really on her job. Taking good notes with all of my responses. Dr. Clay arrived and she was very nice. She immediately knew my needs and concerns and gave a resolution. They offer other services as well which I wouldn’t mind going back for. I look forward going to my follow-up appointment in two months.
