Nice product and professional staff. Communication and transparent expectation setting as it pertains to project completion date could have been better. It took 7 months from the initial deposit to complete the project (18 windows and a french door). There was one large special order window but not until 2.5 months after the 50% deposit was I made aware that the window(s) would not arrive until much later. Had I been given accurate info initially I may have gone a different route. In the end the project was completed and looks good but too long to completion.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I needed to replace an old wooden front door. Sales rep was patient, knowledgeable, and low pressure. The price was fair. The installers were on time, friendly, and professional. I love the final result. Highly recommend this company.

From sales to installation team, the experience has been great. The product is solid and we are very happy with our investment. The window and door installers are really hard workers and very meticulous. I’m thoroughly impressed with their craft and highly recommend Davis to anyone looking to replace their door or windows. You can really tell the installers take pride in their work.

This is my teenage son’s username so that is why it looks funny. Davis Window and door recently did work at my home and they did exactly what they said they would do. Professional through and through! I will not hesitate to recommend them to all of our friends and family. Erin, Robert, Bryan and Allen along with the installers were all fantastic! I don’t have their names but all the office staff we encountered were also very nice. keep up the great work!

We just replaced 90% of the windows in our Sandy Springs house. We did a major house renovation this year and the experience with Davis Windows and Doors by far was one of the best. Jim Reichling’s years of experience in the industry really showed and he helped us pick the Marvin Elevate series for our house. They painted the inside of the windows for us and made absolutely sure the color matched our trim. Bryan Sante made a special trip to our house to make sure we had the exact color match for this. We had a particularly difficult problem matching our outside trim which required the ordering of a special product from Canada. Every e-mail for this project was promptly answered. The installation crew was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to have in our house for 4 days. Most of the crew had been working for this company for over 10 years and that speaks well to the type of management they have. I am a super perfectionist and this company exceeded my expectations. If you are getting new windows this is the company for you.

We were very happy with all aspects of our purchase and installation of our new Therma-Tru entry door. We went through several iterations of styles and manufacturers in coming to our final selection. The sales team – Bill & Bryan – were great. They dealt patiently and thoroughly with all our questions and helped us chose the right door. The office staff and communication was excellent, and the installation, led by Jonathan, went perfect.
Once we had selected the product, we sought a couple of competitive quotes to be certain, but Davis’ price and service warranty was by far the best.
We are delighted with our new door and won’t hesitate to recommend Davis to our friends and neighbors.
