Service was okay. You can save money by making an appointment online and looking up spare parts if everything isn’t right according to the service staff. The window was there online, on site they said no, they should leave the car there for a week. Online 105 USD, on site 195 USD. Now here it comes: changing the small rear window of the Challenger, the guy really charges 745 usd is it still possible???
Another did it including the disc immediately and for 465 USD, with a little waiting it would have been 299 USD.
Really disappointed and made to wait 4 hours.

Worst service dealer, nobody answers the phone or calls back. My truck was there from 10am to 4pm for an oil change and tire rotation that I had an appointment for. When I set that appointment up they let me know the whole day was open, so they weren’t just busy

Took my new truck in for a speaker issue back in March my truck was still under warranty, the service department told me they needed to order a part and it would take a couple weeks. After a couple of weeks my husband and I kept calling and the part still wasn’t in.. after a couple of more weeks My husband had to reach out to Chrysler corporate office for help. They ordered the part but it still ended up taking 6 months for the part to come in!!!! And now they don’t want to honor the warranty because my truck is over the mile warranty. It was under the warranty when the repair was supposed to be done. Was I not supposed to drive my truck for 6months because you couldn’t get a part? What a joke? so frustrating

The service manager is not ethical. I came for an oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush. Once my car was looked at, I was notified that I needed two new tires. They still rotated my tires knowing that it needed new tires. Why would you still rotate my tires knowing that they are bad. The manager Derrick is very unethical

Never bringing my car back here brought it in a 830 am For something as simple as an alignment. And now I’m without my vehicle like it doesn’t take a whole day 2 days For a simple alignment, I could have took it to a regular shop off the street and I would have been in and out within an hour. Now I have to miss work because of this inconvenience…..here it is day 2 of me missing more money because I don’t have my truck when I was promised I’d have my truck back yesterday
