Over our past five years in Virginia-Highland, we’ve refined our hickory-smoked barbecue to be tender, moist, and flavorful—everything a good Southern barbecue should be.

And with our two Southern Pride smokers that can handle 1700 pounds of meat, there’ll be lots of it. Although we carry classic favorites like smoked St. Louis ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, we make room each week for our smoked meat specials to delight and surprise our guests.
