This dealership has always been top-tier when it comes to customers. My first bad experience was today. The girl in the service department was very rude. I arrived for my service appointment on time. But she told me that I was late and there’s nothing that she can do. She threw the price at me while aggressively putting the paperwork down. I’m unsure if she had mistaken me for someone else. But she did not apologize. I reported it to the service department manager. He was nice and handled the situation. I will remain a customer.

BRYAN AT NISSAN DEALERSHIP IN PARTS AND SERVICE HAVE DROPPED THE BALL 3 TIMES. I AM STILL STRANDED WITHOUT A CAR. SOMEONE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE FOR SURE BUT IS YET CONSIDERED A MAINTENANCE FOR NISSAN SERVICES.

Just purchased my 6th car from Cronic. My sales person Randy Moore was great to work with during the purchase. I started looking in December and finally decided to purchase a Nissan Altima Coupe a month later. Randy was easy to work with during the process and wasn’t a high pressure buy it now kind of guy. Go see Randy if you want to deal with a professional that knows how to treat his customers with respect.

I had an awesome experience at Cronic Nissan. This was my first new car purchase and i just felt so comfortable. Reba was my saleswomen, and she was great. I felt like she took care of me and actually cared. Tim Dye was the finance guy that i worked with and he was just as nice. I had went to Nissan of Union City and had a HORRIABLE experience, so walking into Cronic, I was expecting the worse. I was wrong, I will absolutely recommend Cronic to anyone wanting a new/used car. Thank you so much! Yall are awesome!

Awesome experience. Randy Moore is honest and isn’t pushy. Two hours total to test drive, work out a deal, financing, and DONE!! Without hesitation he even came in on his day off to meet with me. Just as you would want your car purchase experience to be like. Thank you Cronic Nissan.
