Our AC went out about 3 days ago and I just made an appointment this morning. They had someone out to see us SAME DAY, which was amazing. Shawn was our technician and he was extremely professional and helpful. He made sure to explain what was going on and what exactly needed to be fixed. I never felt pressured to pay extra for their monthly service, although it was mentioned (but he was not pushy about it). He got the job done quickly and we now have a working AC unit again! Thanks so much, Shawn!

We have used them twice to install a HVAC unit, and more more recently a water heater. Both are destroyed in a flood, so the unit was only 2 years old. They worked with us to get us a good price and even upgraded us at no charge when they did not have the same unit we had used previously

I had yearly maitnance done earlier that day and was told that I had an issues and should problem would need to replace my furnace. Brian Wiggins spent a great amount of time explaining options, Afterwards he inspected my furnace. At which time he advised me that I had no issue and my furnace and AC were installed in late 2015. I in the future I devolep any issues , you can bet I’ll be calling Coolray. Do to honesty, professional and ethical practice.
