Our after school program has 16 HVAC units of different sizes, types, and ages varying from just a couple years old to nearly 20 years old. Managing them is an expensive and occasionally overwhelming responsibility. As a non profit organization with 90% of our programming delivered for free, we’re constantly looking for ways to be more efficient with our limited funding. Thank goodness for these guys. They’re always looking out for us. They’re patient, responsive, and completely understanding of our circumstances. When my personal HVAC systems went down this summer, they were here almost immediately and with the best price in town. They had the new unit installed in one day and it’s been flawless since. I had a second unit that was down for a blower motor and controller. They repaired that and while they were here, they suggested a service contract. It was inexpensive and delivers far more value than cost. My units are cleaned and checked for potential issues every six months by competent professionals. Today, a young tech, Tate finished the six month service. He was polite, conscientious, and helpful. He was efficient and even provided some upgrade options without a hard sell or creating false fears. All stuff I’ll consider. A great representative of a company that is a pleasure to work with.

IM SORRY but Cooks are the best.. I had a roach problem that I thought I’d never be able to get rid of in my home and Shazam after only like 2 weeks of getting my property treated the pests were all gone!!
I loved the service and techs as well they were super knowledgeable and professional and the fact that this service won’t break your bank is just the Cherry on the top!! GO Cooks Go!! And seriously Thank you guys so Much for giving me my pest free home back!! Woo hoo!

I am appreciative of the attention to detail and courtesy of everyone I’ve dealt with at Cook’s Pest Control. From the knock at my door prior to performing outdoor service checking to see if there are any special areas needing attention to staff on the phone on the rare instances I’ve needed to call in with questions or service needs, everyone has been great. You’ve been servicing us for about 15 years. Love your technicians. They always take care of things – it’s NEVER an “issue” or a “I can’t do that”, or ” I don’t know, let me ask my boss about that….” never. GREAT SERVICE with a SMILE! Obviously great training and management from the top down!

Had a few concerns about the pest control and the manager came to my house and explained why they do things a certain way. I now understand and respect him for coming over the same day I called. Great customer service!

I have had an overall wonderful experience with Cooks. From the consultation meeting to our first treatment; all of the technicians have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I enjoy how they reassure me that everything they use to treat is safe for pets and babies/kids. They go the extra step to make sure people are comfortable, satisfied, and bug free! I would highly recommend Cook’s Pest Control to anyone!

I called them for a bug problem one day and had someone at my house the next day to talk with me and come up with a plan. The sales person was friendly and helpful with what it would cost. 2 days later the tech was out and walked me through everything he did and scheduled another visit with me. Both men was friendly and very professional. I talked to other companies before going with them and I have to say the most friendly of the other 2. I talked with Arrow and Northwestern.

I like the fact that Cook has effectively protected my home for several years. And, I also like the very nice technicians that have serviced my home twice every year. I have had a piece of mind since I first started services with Cook’s Pest Control.
