I recently took my daughter to Nissan of Conyers to purchase her first car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, Colin and Sean provided us with exceptional service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my daughter find the perfect vehicle.
Colin took the time to understand my daughter’s needs and preferences, guiding her through various options without any pressure. Sean was also incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and providing valuable insights into the different models available.
Thanks to Colin and Sean’s expertise and dedication, my daughter found the perfect car, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Amazing and Fast!!! Curtis Jones was the most professional, Kind, funny informative, and caring Car Salesman I’ve ever met.
He was very calm and not persistent, anxious, or forceful like most salesman/woman.
He wasn’t a fast talker or a double talker. He simply asked me which car I liked, we test drove, he explained everything clearly… then I purchased!! I’d recommend Conyers Nissan to anybody, ask for Curtis. I wasn’t even going to go there in the first place. I had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and I just so happen to stop by there. Glad I did. I got the car I wanted (Color and style)…. Great experience!

Anthony Small, Service Advisor, was friendly, informative and professional. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up and kept me informed through the process. Customer service was great. The coffee service through a vending machine was Horrible. Grounds floating on top of watery coffee reassured me that dumping the 0.25 cent coffee was the right move.

I’ve always dealt with Aaron who has always shown outstanding customer service. With that being said and after realizing that he would not be returning to Conyers Nissan, I didn’t think that I would either. However, since then Anthony in the service department has stepped up and exceeded my expectations. Anthony displayed great customer service and is a pleasure to work with! Conyers Nissan should be happy to have him!

Always a very pleasant experience coming here. The representatives are always smiling and ready to serve. The process is smooth and everyone is so attentive. Pedro is extremely resourceful and always so pleasant; definitely my best dealership experience to date. Will always recommend and return for their excellent service

Unlike the last time I visited Conyers Nissan where it took 5 hours to complete my work and no communication from Service Advisor. On 04/02 2024, my Service Advisor Pedro Garcia got me in and out in less than 2 hours. He kept me abreast of what was going with my vehicle, unlike the last Service Advisor, who was horrible. He needs to apply for a job as a phone operator. Pedro has been my Service Advisor on several occasions, and each time he has been professional & attentive. Thank you Pedro for making visit smooth transition.

Quick process except waiting for finance to complete. Maybe need to have more finance staff. Paul was our salesperson and was great. Very nice, not pushy. Wish communication on day I picked up vehicle was better so I didn’t have to wait and get my own emissions done though. Overall good experience.
