Gage was a great help when he visited our house to perform an inspection and repair. He explained everything and was very easy to work with and caught an issue on one of our HVAC units that he was able to repair that same day.

Technicians were very quick to respond (even on the weekend) when we first had a problem. They were professional in their work and their interactions with my wife and me. They worked with us to find the best solution to our problem and once we chose to replace our system (our choice), they were fantastic in their pricing and bringing existing work from previous company up to code. Everyone with which we worked were genuinely “customer service first” in their actions.

I reached out to schedule an appointment for a duct inspection at a business that we are performing reconstruction at. The business said that they used Conditioned Air and asked us to reach out to them for the inspection. When I did, Carroll/Karen…whatever her name was, was beyond snotty and snippy, I had to repeat myself because she wasn’t listening. I told her we reached out because the company was a customer of theirs and they had asked us to, and Karen/Carroll quickly snapped at me with a serious tone and said “they only used us once and it was a year ago”, as if I had offended her ancestors. My bad for thinking that telling them that they were requested was a compliment to their service. So, apparently you don’t count to her unless you have HVAC needs several times a year. She then proceeded to tell me, after putting me on an abrupt hold, that they don’t inspect ducts until Fall. When I asked if the can inspect outside of Fall, she got irritated and condescendingly apologized.I got snotty at that point and told her “yeah, you sound sorry” and ended the call. I don’t know who didn’t hug her enough growing up, but she needs hugs now…and some coaching on her customer interaction skills.

BLUF: professional and responsive service from customer representatives and technicians.
All customer representatives were polite and respect their customer. They called me back a couple of times to accommodate our repair need in time. Their technicians arrived on time, identified a problem quickly and fixed the problem smoothly. I would recommend CA to my friends.
