I am very happy with the carpet installation service I received from Concept Flooring Inc. They were professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the whole process. They did a great job of measuring, cutting, and laying the carpet. The carpet looks beautiful and feels soft and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend Concept Flooring Inc. to anyone looking for a quality carpet installation company.

Jim went above and beyond throughout the entire process from coming out for the quote through installation of new hardwood and refinishing of existing. We were amazed by the care evidenced by our installers. They even measured how far a carpet was from the walls, so that they could replace it correctly. This matched with the fact that they took pictures before moving furniture so they could replace everything correctly. We were prepared for copious dust, but found that they had cleaned so well after installation that we had minimal dust residue. Kudos!

Concept Flooring has done two jobs for us and we were super pleased with both of them. They did what they said they’d do when they said they do it at a fair price. The installers were friendly, professional and very efficient. Anthony Corsello, the sales rep, was very helpful.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with Concept Floors. Bryan helped us figure out what we needed and then Bobby and his crew worked hard to make our dream floor a reality. We had all of our hardwoods sanded and stained, including our stairs and banisters. There were a couple of areas that needed to be fixed beforehand and you can’t even see where it used to be. Couldn’t be happier with the process and end result.

Concept Flooring, specifically, Jeff Fox, is the best company and person imaginable to work with. We have used him at Saint Anne’s Terrace Retirement Community for a number of years, for numerous projects and remodels, and he has done a tremendous job cultivating a beautiful partnership between us and Concept flooring. His crews always arrive on time and do a fantastic job. They are very courtesy to our residents and staff. Plus, you can not beat their prices. I use him personally as well. He has done my whole house, flooring and carpet. If you need anything in regards to flooring and carpet. Call Concept and ask for Jeff!

I reached out to this company over a year ago and at the time things were a bit to expensive. Anthony our sales rep, completely understood and was super patient over the year. I reached back out to him to revisit things and we were ready. Anthony took the time to understand our lifestyle and what we were looking for. We walked through his show room and even took home several samples to see how it would look in our home. They completed the job in a day and a half and we couldn’t be happier

Working with Concept Flooring was exceptional! Over the holidays my condo flooded and I had to replace all of my floors.
Turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I love my floors so much more now than I did before! I used the Mohawk rare vintage laminate flooring–definitely recommend if you are going for a lighter look that really expands the space. Also the texture is extremely high quality and uniquely cool. Jim was very helpful, informative, extremely responsive, and went out of his way to make the experience as easy and high quality as possible.

Earlier this year we found concept flooring through Angi/Home advisor. they were very professional in their interaction and quoting process. took us a couple of months to finalize the project and we ended up hiring them to update our stairs to hard wood stairs.
The project was detailed to us clearly as to what to expect and the timeline for the work. all commitments were met and the quality of the work was very nice. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for future work.

We worked with Jim and concept flooring to install flooring for our home. We replaced carpet in some rooms and refinished the wood floors in other areas. They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options. I appreciate the consultative approach. Very happy! Love our new floors so much we’ve avoided adding rugs for a while to enjoy them.

We had a great experience with everyone involved. The crew was excellent and Bobby did an outstanding job on the floors. We have had a nightmare experience with other contractors and we were thrilled that the Concept Flooring crew was professional, floors were excellent quality, and the whole experience was very positive.
