Different companies have different needs so we taylor our IT services to meet the needs of each individual company. Some companies only require an occasional computer repair. For these companies we provide a pay by the job or pay by the hour service depending on the particular service needed. Other companies require a full IT department without having to pay the full cost of having and maintaining an onsite IT department.

Marvelous, professional, efficient, proven, quality workmanship and service. After reading all the reviews here on Yelp for good places to get a laptop fixed and they definitely did a world’s apart service compared to my former techie in NY. Now the laptop runs quiet, fast like brand new and no error messages. They were very friendly, honest, professional, and helpful answering all questions on the phone and in person as well as very patient in taking the time to listen to all my concerns about the laptop. They called me two days later as they said they would and told me what was going on and their suggestions and am very happy. Now my laptop runs like brand new and they are very close to my residence down the street! Thank you Metro Computer :)

I let a relative use my computer for a job search and when I got it back I had many viruses. i could not even get my start menu to open. I called Computer Doctors after my panic attack and they assured me that they could fix it. I repair tech came out the next day. He got my computer working properly again. If you need a repair I recommend this company. They did an awesome job.

I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and immediately started having problems. My monitor went black and I couldn’t get the computer to show up. I tried everything that I could think of. After days of trying to figure it out I called for help. Computer Doctor came out to look at it. They found out that it was my video driver. It was incompatible with Windows 10. Somehow they got everything working again. I could have saved myself a lot of time and trouble if I would have called them as soon as the problem happened.
