These guys were great, my desktop quit booting up when I got it back from the moving company – I thought I lost everything. Turn out, it was a loose cable on the hard drive. They got it back to me the same day, and then did not charge me!! (I just arrived at Benning and they claimed it was a welcome to town gift) They had a great looking store with tons of parts for sale, so needless to say – this will be where I go. Thanks guys!

My computer stopped working out of nowhere so I brought it to this place and was very happy with their work. I took quite a few days but that was because they had trouble figuring out the problem. Turns out my hard drive was shot and I needed a new one.

They had one there I could buy and they installed it for me.They kept me updated on what was going on and what they were doing. I really appreciated the communication, they were very friendly, professional, and just overall great. The cost wasn’t too bad either $59 for a new drive and $70 for labor, that included the $20 diagnostic fee. They called me as soon as it was done and said I could come right then which was 15 min before closing, most places would just wait until the next day to call. I didn’t go that evening but it was nice of them to let me know.

I expect to be returning to them again to help with another computer in our household later on. I highly recommend this lace of you are in need of computer repairs and don’t want to pay a fortune to get it done.
