Complete Concrete & Masonry was founded in 2007 by Matthew Cook, who has been in the industry for 15 years.

Matthew provides all the consultations and estimates personally, as well as overseeing all projects. He has an eye for layout and design to help you decide exactly what will work for your landscape, style, and budget. Our focus is on making the customer happy by doing the job right the first time. We aim to give you a pleasant experience from the moment you call our office right up through final clean up. We are not satisfied until you are!

Our crews are top-of-the-line. Most of our guys have been with us since our beginnings. Our crews are not only skilled craftsmen, but they are also kind and courteous. Matthew and his team did an incredible job on our very long walkway from the street to the side of our house. He installed a sidewalk and the quality is excellent. The workers were very meticulous and did a great job. I highly recommend them. If I ever need more concrete poured, I’ll definitely be calling these guys. They delivered what they promised on time and it looks great.

Complete Concrete and Masonry recently completed a large retaining wall at our house and the job turned out terrific. Matt was very responsive and professional and his pricing fair. His crew was skilled, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the retaining wall turned out.

My husband and I decided to have a deck installed beside our screened in porch. It was all planned and the date to start scheduled. However, the Georgia summer heat got in the way and the contractor was not available to start the job. That is where Matthew Cook rescued us and accepted the job, Georgia summer heat and all. He installed a 19 x 10 patio and also waited on us to install the posts for the grill railing, which were cemented into the ground prior to pouring the patio. Two days later the crew showed and wheelbarrowed loads and loads and loads and loads of cement behind our house for the patio. They worked so hard that day and it was extremely hot. By the end of the day the patio was finished and we were glad we decided on a patio instead of a deck. I would highly recommend CCM! Matthew always returned my calls and responded to my texts. The guys that work with Matthew are very good at what they do. Good Job, Matthew and crew!
