Colossus Pizza

Welcome to Colossus in Stone Mountain! Colossus was started in 1983 by two Greek families (the Lucas and Vastakis families). The menu was designed with their tried and true Greek family recipes in mind. Current owner, Rick Johnson, a military trained chef, worked in the restaurant for almost 20 years and purchased the restaurant in 2004

The menu has grown with the addition of several new items that have been recently introduced. The bones of the menu and the family recipes have remained true to the original visions of our founders. The restaurant was remodeled in 2006-2007 along with the addition of an open air patio for alfresco dining.
