If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ll start with the lovely woman who answers their phone, she is always so warm, kind, and understanding. Each time I’ve needed an appointment she fits me in ASAP. We had our heat go out due to a clogged tube, and Mack came out right away, fixed it, replaced our air filter, and installed a light bulb to make accessing our crawl space easier. The price was unbelievably reasonable, and when our heat went out a few weeks later he came to check it out free of charge. These folks are the best, I’ll never use anyone else for my heating and air needs.

Came home from Thanksgiving travel to a cold house, late on a
Saturday, and Clockwork was able to get a technician there within an hour. He followed up on Sunday – he wanted to be sure of all issues and the parts needed. Received a call Monday right after 7 a.m. to tell me parts were in Atlanta and the technician was on the road to pick them up. The heat was back on before 1 p.m.! Just WOW. Clockwork has serviced our home for many years and the service has always been great. Thank you for all you do!
