I had several rooms of carpet that I was going to replace but a friend told me to call Citrus to see if they could be cleaned. They came out the next day and told me that they could make them look new! They gave me a very reasonable price and cleaned the carpets….now they actually look brand new. Thanks guys! I highly recommend using Citrus!

Overwhelmingly pleased with Ryan’s work. Punctual, professional, and his process got amazing results. My carpet looked like new, and guests later that evening kept commenting on how great my place smelled! I’m not sure why folks pump soap and water into their rugs when they could use a fast-drying green (in this case “orange”) service like this. Definitely the best carpet cleaning company in Athens GA, far as I’m concerned anyway.

I was so impressed with the service we received last week from CitruSolution. The technician was not only personable but very professional. He was willing to go the extra mile to move anything out of the way that I requested so he could clean under, and he was very efficient in doing so. The carpets looked great after and were pretty much dry in just over an hour. Our house smelled fantastic, too, and we were so glad to receive the large bottle of cleaner free of charge to use on future stains and/or as a room deodorizer. We will certainly be using CitruSolution again in the future!

I was extremely impressed with the service I received! I bought a foreclosed home and the carpets were disgusting. The technician worked very hard to get every stain out. We may have bought a foreclosed home, but when he was done it looked and smelled like a new home! We also received a large bottle of solution which has come in handy being as we have three small children. The technician was personable and even early for the appointment. I can’t thank Sitrisolutions enough for helping make our first house a clean and fresh smelling home!

Interesting that the single 1 star rating claims that the other ratings are not from real users. Actually, it sounds like THEY are the fake! :) We’re a property management company and do house renovations as well. We’ve used CitruSolution on multiple occasions, and I too have been surprised at how they can get a nasty looking carpet clean. And, I love the fresh citrus scent. Every company has a bad day, but so far, I haven’t experienced anything negative with them. Employees have been courteous, on-time, and worked above and beyond when trying to get out a stubborn stain.
