Every aspect of our experience with Chimney Solutions; Alpharetta, GA, was perfect ! Kennedy set us up with Lance who inspected our chimney and explained what was needed. David, coordinated Jose’ and Ben, who installed a chimney liner and repaired our chimney. They are true craftsmen and did a excellent job above and beyond our expectation. Kayla and Chloe handled final billing. Everyone we spoke with was super nice. The inspection cost was reasonable and was applied to the work we had done. We are totally satisfied and would highly recommend this company !

This was the first time that I used this company to do my chimney sweep. I had a very good experience with them.
The technician (Joe) was very helpful in explaining everything he did and made sure I was informed along the way.

Called Chimney solutions for our annual cleaning and very pleased with the service. Chimney Tech Chip was on time, polite, clean and very informative! And, shared a very “duh” tip: you don’t have to wait until the fall winter to get your chimney cleaned; spring or summer are best!

Chip came to our home to repair a gas fireplace that had 20 years of little use. He was very helpful. Explained exactly what to do if we needed to reset the fireplace in the future. He went above and beyond cleaning and making sure everything was perfect.

Chimney Solutions was a huge problem solver. After having a very close call with smoke escaping the firebox, and into the room, through cracks in the brick, I knew I needed professional help. Chimney Solutions took a big problem and solved it in a day, with real expert workmanship. I had been putting this off, thinking it would be an ordeal, but it really wasn’t. I have had many fires since the repair, and I can affirm that it was done well. They were great to work with, reasonably priced in my opinion, and definitely worth it to know that the fireplace is sound again. Five stars!

They did a first rate job in sealing our leaking chimney.
Chip did a fabulous job on servicing our two fireplaces. I have already highly recommend Chemney Solutions to several Neighbors and would also recommend them to anyone.

The technician was professional, showed up on time and wore protective clothing, mask glove and shoe covers. He explained the proper way to use our fireplace and did a thorough inspection from rooftop to bottom. On completion of work he vacuumed the area and replaced all firniture, no mess. Great job Chimney Solutions.

Lance came out to do a chimney inspection and started us off with the initial gas log fireplace ordering. He provided great recommendations, updated quotes, and super suggestions. Nick and Patrick came to install all the items today – personable, funny, kind, and smart gentleman! They did an excellent job and we can’t wait use our gas logs! Thank you Chimney Solutions!

Nick M and Zach C were super technicians that completed the install of a refractory wall, burner bar and rain pan. They went above and beyond in their service, product knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. Chimney Solutions definitely has my vote!
