This was the first time that I used this company to do my chimney sweep. I had a very good experience with them.

Called Chimney solutions for our annual cleaning and very pleased with the service. Chimney Tech Chip was on time, polite, clean and very informative! And, shared a very “duh” tip: you don’t have to wait until the fall winter to get your chimney cleaned; spring or summer are best!

Chip came to our home to repair a gas fireplace that had 20 years of little use. He was very helpful. Explained exactly what to do if we needed to reset the fireplace in the future. He went above and beyond cleaning and making sure everything was perfect.

Chimney Solutions was a huge problem solver. After having a very close call with smoke escaping the firebox, and into the room, through cracks in the brick, I knew I needed professional help. Chimney Solutions took a big problem and solved it in a day, with real expert workmanship. I had been putting this off, thinking it would be an ordeal, but it really wasn’t. I have had many fires since the repair, and I can affirm that it was done well. They were great to work with, reasonably priced in my opinion, and definitely worth it to know that the fireplace is sound again. Five stars!

The technician was professional, showed up on time and wore protective clothing, mask glove and shoe covers. He explained the proper way to use our fireplace and did a thorough inspection from rooftop to bottom. On completion of work he vacuumed the area and replaced all firniture, no mess. Great job Chimney Solutions.
