This positive review is well overdue. Out of respect to Anthony (who worked our job) and the company I should have left it two years ago when he did the work but reviews aren’t my thing. The work was exceptional. We had them convert our fireplace to a gas fireplace and they custom made a chimney cap. Both are working fantastic two years later. We couldn’t be happier. And in addition Anthony is just a good dude and a hard worker.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL- I wish I could put up five more stars to make it a total of 10. The owner Jeannette is a perfectionist with deep caring about customers and she will go the last mile to make customers comfortable and happy with her company’s services. I just saw her when she came out and started up my fireplace for the season. She always returns my calls and I trust her to come into my home. She has such integrity and professionalism- and terrific knowledge about all aspects of her business- this is what I have seen and experienced for the last year. What a wonderful owner Jeannette is and such a trustworthy business is Chimney Mischief. I am a perfectionist – I expected and received fine service and quick response to my chimney/fireplace needs when I called and she called back to offer help!

Chimney Mischief came out right away and inspected my damaged chimney which was crushed under a large tree limb. The technician was very thorough and informative. I like that this company explains the repair process and answered questions to make sure I understood the process> I feel very confident that this company will take care of restoring my chimney to a safe and proper condition.
