My husband has been looking for the perfect truck for a few months & we went to a few different dealerships. We landed at Krause Family Ford & worked with Stacy Hall & her Sales Manager, Todd Dickson. They did not have what he wanted but contacted several other dealerships in the N GA area to obtain exactly what he wanted. This review relates to Cole Neptune who completed a mobile recall service on my vehicle. Cole was extremely polite and personable, he took the time to book and confirm the appointment, even providing an updated ETA on the day as well as actually taking the time to explain the purpose of the recall and how it would be completed. He provided fast, efficient service, and made me feel comfortable having him come to my house, and complete the work on my car. Hands down the best customer service interaction I have ever had with Ford. Could not recommend him enough and wish other Ford representatives were as knowledgeable and helpful.

Zach with mobile service team was outstanding. He called ahead. Showed up on time. Explained everything we had scheduled to do. Did a great job. Recall work, oil change, tire rotation all in my driveway! Convenience and professionalism and knowledge level were top notch.

Just bought a new mustang from Krause. Dealt with Ben in sales and Diego I’m finance. Ben and Diego were excellent to work with and made the buying process a very easy and rewarding one with no issues. Best yet, they accomplished this while processing the purchase and arranging the car delivery from halfway across the country. Krause is a great team to work with for tour next car purchase!

Zach with the Mobile Service team came out to my house to do a pair of recalls on my F150. He called in advance of the visit, showed up on time, and had everything needed to complete the job in a very timely manner. When he finished the work I got a full explanation of what was done on the vehicle and he spent enough time to ensure I was comfortable with the results.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my 16 yr old son at Krause Ford in Woodstock. The salesman that assisted me with my purchase was Jason Womble. He played a pivotal role in surprising my son with his first vehicle. Jason made the entire experience so memorable and special for our entire family, especially my son. He filmed the entire experience with my phone. His service even continued after our purchase was complete with follow ups and continued support. Jason’s sincerity and customer service was absolutely unmatched. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used.

Had our Ford Expedition serviced at Krause Family Ford recently. Our service advisor, Rick Moore went above and beyond to assist and anticipate our vehicle needs.
