My customer service experience was amazing. I called them in the morning. They were at the house within 45 minutes. I got an estimate and before noon my garage door was fixed. Everybody I came in contact with with was super professional and friendly and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I called on Monday, got a return call on Monday and an appointment was set for the next day. Gary was on time, thorough, and gave me a lesson about the spring on the garage door. A hot tip for the future. He scheduled the repair for the next day and let me know when Kevin was on the way. Kevin did a wonderful job and I am so happy with my garage. It’s working great! I highly recommend this company.

I was SO stressed over my garage door not working and had no idea what the cost of repair would be or how long I would have to wait. Chattahoochie Garage Doors was recommended in a neighborhood chat. Great experience! The call was made on Monday, they came out the same day and gave an estimate and the next day my garage was repaired by Kevin. He provided excellent customer service.
