I went there to get some technical help and to learn more about all of the different technical features of my new car. I had the opportunity to have Tiffany show me around the car’s systems. She was very professional, courteous, personable and a delight to work with. She demonstrated how the different features worked. She was very patient and answered all of my questions . I hope that everyone who buys a Lexus, and has any tech questions, is lucky enough to have Tiffany explain how the different tech features work.

Brenda was the sales person, I highly recommend her, she was knowledgeable. She did not make feel pressured to buy as I shopped, but made suggestions about other vehicles on the lot, as I test drove.
Everyone at Chatham Park Lexus made us feel important, like we were superstars! We visited several lots that day and hands down the respect and treatment we received was stellar. We will never shop any where else.
This dealership is exceptional. Our sales lady Angela was at no point anything but professional and helpful. She showed us multiple cars, called us back when something came in she thought we would like, and answered all of our hundreds of questions without hesitation. Ultimately we did not purchase from here, but gladly would and was the best car shopping experience we have had.

I had to drive several hours as their dealership was not very close to me, but it was absolutely worth it. I worked with Tim in sales and he could not have been better. The whole buying process was easy an straightforward with no pressure. Most of the time car buying is not very pleasant, but this was a great experience.
