Dr Sofianos and his team did a great job. I “put off” spine surgery for 2 years, hoping it would go away or I’d somehow learn to manage the pain and inconvenience and avoid surgery (wrong) I am now almost 3 months post surgery. I feel great and I’m back to aerobics, yoga and walking. And I’m 74 years old! Thank you Dr Sofianos!

After nearly 6 months of in office Physical Therapist on my surgically repaired rotator cuff I’ve been released to continue rehab strictly on my own. I impressed the therapists with my feats of strength today. My arms are in the air like I just don’t care. Thanks CSM!
