We have the resources to correctly diagnosis your pain and we utilize a wide array of nonoperative modalities to treat your pain. Additionally, if conservative treatment does not alleviate the pain, there are fellowship trained spine surgeons available if surgical intervention is needed.

Dr. Raphael Roybal is part of the team that makes up Chatham Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. and Memorial Spine. Raphael R. Roybal is a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopedic spine surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery. At the Texas Back Institute where he completed his fellowship, Dr. Roybal had extensive experience within all facets of spinal surgery including minimally invasive and motion sparing.

At the Savannah Spine Institute at Chatham Orthopaedics, Dr. Raphael Roybal bring an Evidenced Based approach to treating all disorders of the spine. Specializing in both cervical and lumbar spinal pathologies, my interests include minimally invasive spine surgery and complex spinal reconstruction of the cervical and lumbar spine. His goal is to combine the latest research in spine surgery and treatment with the most innovative technology in order to customize the most efficacious plan of treatment for each individual patient.
