Very happy with Compass Dental. Every single member at this office are truly professionals. From the time you call to schedule your appointment, up and throughout your visit is an experience that cannot be compared. All is explained in details to the point where you’re confident that you’ve chosen them to take care of your dental issues. Quick shout out to the hygienist Carla and Robin. Not only are they very good at what they do, but they actually care about their patients. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you all for what you do.

I’m not gonna lie, I avoid going to the dentist due to my long-term dental anxiety and poor past experiences. I’m so glad I randomly stumbled on Compass Dental in a Google search. I was having some discomfort and contacted the office and from the moment they picked up the phone the staff was just wonderful. Malaysia was my first point of contact and she went above and beyond trying to get me on the schedule last minute. She was also able to provide a lot of helpful information so I knew what to expect and remained warm and kind over the course of several phone calls.
Next, Kimberlee did a great job making me comfortable before and during the actual exam due to her geniune way of interacting with me. She really helped break the ice so I could relax and let go of my dental fear.
Meeting Dr. Fana was such a relief and breath of fresh air because he took time to actually listen to me. I’ve met a lot of Dentists in my day and have usually felt like a number but not so with Dr. Fana. It seemed he wanted to make an actual connection which is so helpful in quelling anxieties.
I left the office thinking what a great visit/experience it had been – especially when these appointments are typically dreaded by me.
Compass Team: thank you all for being so calm, authentic and easy to talk to – it made a HUGE difference. I’ll definitely be back!

I get anxiety about the dentist (not good experience in the recent past at another office) but this office took their time and they were so gentle! Dr Fana explained everything so kindly! It was seriously amazing from the front desk receptionist, to the hygienist, and of course the dentist. Thank you all at Compass dental

From the moment I walked in Dr. Fana’s office I experienced pleasant employees and professionalism from the office staff, Carla my hygienist and Dr. Fana.
Carla, my hygienist, was quick to explain procedures, gentle and thorough with teeth cleaning, informative regarding dental care and helpful in recommending dental care products. Also, I was impressed with the state of the art technology used during my visit.
Dr. Fana was professional, thorough, clearly explained issues noticed, solutions and procedures. Thank you!
Lastly, I was thankful this dental office didn’t waste my time trying to hard sell cosmetic dental procedures.

Dr. Fana is a remarkable dentist and he’s an astute business person, which combined offer a somewhat rare mix of character attributes. He invests substantially in his business; imaging equipment, tools, infrastructure, people, etc. These are things I notice as I’m also responsible for capital investments for the businesses I have. When he recommends a procedure, he readily brings out useful ‘tools’ that really assist in conveying why he is recommending whatever treatment he is through a combination of articulation and supportive imaging – very well explained. Further, Dr. Fana seems pragmatic in his approach to providing dental wellbeing and recommendations. He is an advocate of preventive maintenance, which I like. He is also a realist and from what I’ve experienced, actively recommends pragmatic treatment options based on a wide variety of indications.

After several visits involving a root canal, new crown, and a simple cleaning, I can say I am thrilled with Dr. Fana and his office of wonderful ladies! He is nice and friendly. I personally have a fear of needles and getting shots, but they thoroughly explained everything to me and he made sure I was comfortable. Even with the root canal, I never felt pain. Tiffany is the best assistant and talks you through everything! Robyn was my lovely hygienist for the cleaning. The rest of the staff talks to you and makes you feel welcome. Best office I have been to! Thank you all :)

This is my second time at Dr Fana’s. They are always friendly and he remembered me from my last visit, wow! His work was quick and seems to be good so far :) Happy to have found a great dental office since we’re new to the area.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Fana. I apologize for not remembering names, but the lady that cleaned my teeth was awesome! She did a wonderful job and she explained everything to me and took her time. The office staff were very courteous and professional. This may be the best experience I have had with a dentist.
