Relatively quick appointment. I got a quick rundown on the health of my current chimney and a recommendation for future preventative maintenance. The whole process took less than an hour. I’ll probably call this group again next year.

They did a fabulous job making our 1926 wood burning chimney operable! We are having them back to put an exhaust pipe in our other flue sometime soon when we can get on the schedule! Highly recommend.

We were referred to Charity Chimney Sweeps and could not have been more impressed. We were able to secure a same day appointment! The office gave us a window of 11am-1pm and the technician called around 12:00 pm to give me a 30 minute heads up that he would be at my house. Allen was wonderful to work with! He was able to accurately diagnose our problem immediately. He was quick and thorough with the cleaning and inspection. He rearranged our logs in order to provide the best air flow. He kept the area clean and you’d never even know he had been there! We would HIGHLY recommend Charity Chimney Sweeps to anyone requiring a chimney cleaning or check up!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called in and was able to get a next day appointment for a chimney inspection. Corey, the technician, called me the day of to let me know his eta which I appreciated. He was quick and thorough and offered my husband good information around options for our fireplace.
