CertaPro Painters is North America’s most referred painting contractor and I, Jake Kiser, am the local owner of CertaPro Painters of Athens. I started this business because I wanted to bring a level of customer service to the residential painting that is not commonly found. My goal has always been to do great painting work our customers can be proud of while delivering world class customer service.

Based in Athens, we have performed thousands of painting projects with that focus in Monroe, Bishop, Crawford, Commerce, and Athens. CertaPro Painters did a fine job painting our house. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the job in 4 days. The team leader communicated well with me about paintt colors and room details. If I had any complaints it would only be in some of the final details of finishing up and cleanup. I did not look closely enough before they left and I did not ask for follow up attention to these matters so I will not figure that in to the five star rating. Thanks to Jesus and crew. Once the job was started we had no further contact from upper management which was a little surprising.

My experience was more than ideal! They provided a very thorough proposal, they take the time to explain every charge, work around wild kids, workers are very polite and they even FIXED a cabinet facing that had been broken for a year! They worked quickly, cleaned up every day and left my home looking brand new. I highly recommend them! In Athens, there’s no other choice if you want a professional paint job done!

First, these guys do an outstanding job. Second, they really stand behind their work! About 2 years ago we had our house re-painted, but it started to fade after 9-10 months. Certa Pro came out, identified the problem and fixed it for us, and did a supurb job with it. We liked their work so much that we recommended them to our neighbors. We just received a call from Certa Pro saying that they noticed our Garage was fading a bit and they’d like to stop by and fix that, too. Wow. I’ve never, ever received such excellent customer service. This is unheard of and quite exemlplary! I was already going to call them when we re-do the inside, this just sealed it 100%. Keep up the great work guys and we’ll make sure folk know who to call for superior quality and service for painting!

My business has used CertaPro twice; once for exterior and once for interior repainting. On both occasions, CertaPro’s bids were lower than the those of the competition. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. The crews were friendly, professional, careful of our facility, and took obvious pride in doing a good job.
