Jason just got my DUI in Pooler, GA reduced to a non-DUI. Jason was a fantastic lawyer, very friendly , and knowledgeable in his profession. Was very pleased with how he handled my situation going from a DUI Drug less Safe to just Reckless driving, absolutely incredible. Highly recommended as a lawyer for any DUI situation.

I had prior DUIs and I didn’t want to get convicted of this new charge. I contacted Jason Cerbone right away and he agreed to take my case. He worked with me on a flexible payment plan and got what would’ve been my fourth DUI reduced to reckless driving in less than a three month period. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation.

DUI reduced to reckless driving in Richmond Hill
I got charged with DUI less safe and Unsafe vehicle equipment by the Richmond Hill Police Department. Jason got my DUI reduced to reckless driving.
DUI less safe, Speeding, Failure to maintain lane reduced to Failure to use due care in Liberty County
In Hinesville, GA I was charged with DUI less safe, Speeding 35 mph over, and Failure to maintain lane by the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office. Jason got all three charges reduced to Failure to use due care. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

Jason did a great job with my case! Very well organized and always kept me updated by staying in contact with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer! The most important thing to me was that i did not lose my license and the charge for possession of marijuana less than an ounce was reduced to Disorderly conduct city ordinance in Port Wentworth. The charge for possession of drug related objects disappeared. My DUI refusal was changed to DUI less safe. This allowed me to get a driving permit.

Jason did a great job and got my DUI reduced today in Pooler, despite quite a few odds against him. This was the second time he represented me and my expectations were exceeded because he beat the DUI in Pooler.

I received my first DUI charge in March along with a speeding ticket. I was completely unfamiliar with the process and Jason was a big help along the way. He explained everything to me and helped me through multiple court dates. The DUI charge could have effected my career in a big way and he listened to all my issues to ensure everything was taken care of as I needed it. Jason explained my options and followed through on my decisions. My charge was reduced to reckless driving and I am very happy with that on my record as opposed to the alternative.
