Our system was installed by another company a year ago and has never worked. Carbon recall came out and had our system going the first day he was there. I highly recommend this company to anyone struggling with their solar system like we were. I am so thankful I found them!!

Nicholas of Carbon Recall Newnan visited my property twice, regarding my nonfunctioning solar system on behalf of GENERAC. On the first occasion, he very carefully diagnosed the problem while politely explaining his actions. When Nicholas returned on the second occasion, he again explained what he was doing. After my solar system had resumed functioning, he asked whether I had any questions.
Nick was sensitive, very thorough, and unhurried. The service provided by Carbon Recall Newnan is what delights customers.
In an earlier post, I erroneously named the wonderful Carbon Recall Newnan gentleman as Alex, while the correct name should have been Nicholas. I apologize for that, but my minor mistake does not diminish my salient point, which is that Carbon Recall Newnan provided me EXCELLENT SERVICE!
