Wow! What an amazing firm! I had 3 years of back taxes and they were so patient with me! Not only did my taxes get taken care of on time, but I surprisingly had refunds owed to me. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Buffie and her efficient team!

Our experience with Buffie has been wonderful. Walking into the doors of this elegantly fashioned office, with it’s spa-like appeal, almost makes you forget the appointment is business & not pleasure. Like it’s ambiance, the professionalism & efficieny of the staff is more than what’s expected. Buffie the Tax Heiress took care of our needs offering kindness, great advice, & attention to detail all during a timely fashion. We even got our return back seven days earilier than the anticipated date. For all of the above reasons, my husband & I recommend Buffie the Tax Heiress to meet your finacial needs. We will definitely return next year!

Buffie is AMAZING. She knows her stuff but a lot of tax advisers do. What sets her apart is her fantastic customer service — I had a tax issue that she’s been super about helping me with — walking me through step by step, providing me with everything I needed and then calling later just to check in — all during tax season when she’s ridiculously busy. I called with a problem and prefaced it by saying “I know my problem is not your emergency” and she quickly responded “Yes it is, what do you need help with.” Her staff is responsive and polite and she’s got a great automated set up where you can download anything you need from a secure server. She AWESOME and I can’t recommend her enough!!!!

I am currently a full time college student and this was my first time filing taxes. I was nervous while searching for someone to prepare my taxes because I had a stipend that I thought I would end up owing money for. I chose Buffie because she had the best reviews and was located in a convenient location. She and her staff are very polite and welcoming. Buffie has a lot of knowledge and she made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions that I had worries about. She also has a very reasonable price especially for a college student. She was able to get me a small refund that I had no intentions on receiving. I will continue to go back to her.

Buffie really knows her stuff and has it together. I’ve been using her services for four years now for both personal and business taxes. No problem or question has been beyond her expertise. Buffie is extremely competent, knowledgable, and professional, and friendly and warm, to boot. She’s more than my tax preparer–she’s my back-office business guru. Very highly recommended!
