Perhaps they cleaned up their operation to save face, but my experience was nothing like the other reviews here. Budget was the only rental car place without a line during pick-up, the car was pristine, and dropoff was smooth and straightforward. However, I can’t write this without throwing a stray at Hertz, who has certainly given me the treatment described in the other posts, so I get it lol.

Egregiously unethical business practices!!!! Please thoroughly inspect for any damage prior to checking out a vehicle. I received a letter in the mail claiming that I was responsible for over $800 in damages for aged chipped paint (that by looking at the pictures) was obviously neglected for months. I only had possession of the vehicle for 12 hours at the most, there was no way possible I could have done it . Upon calling it to dispute the charges, the agent claimed there will be an “investigation”, however about 3 weeks later my credit card was charged without notice. I called again to same agent & it was the same bogus explanation, obviously an unethical practice being done. Luckily I was able to dispute it with my credit card company & I was able to get my money back. Long story short I will not do business with Budget again, and I highly encourage anyone who does, to please be careful.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS BUDGET AGAIN PROBABLY ANY BUDGET MY CARD WAS OVER CHARGED I ARRIVED AT 11PM AND DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 2AM PICKING UP A RENTAL THEY MARKED FULL FOR THE FUEL I NOTICED AT THE GATE SO THE GUY CHANGED IT ON MY PAPER I RETURNED THE CAR AN THE NEXT DAY RECEIVED A RECEIPT 76$ IN FUEL ON THERE WEN THE CAR WAS RETURNED WHERE I RENTED IT FROM

I work in the airport I came over to see we’re my funds went I was told they new omebody had a fake page of them they didn’t help me at all everyone was rude to me why is the scam page still up that’s crazy why not tell people if you no I just lost 500 dollars I will be sewing I tried to rent for a funeral I’m now stuck at the airport

Horrible service. My reservation was not honored (march 18th @ 1240 am), I did not receive my corporate discount and because they refused to run my card again they were willing to leave me stranded at the airport without any recourse to rectify the situation.
This makes me want to quit budget for the hassle and definitely never visit the Atlanta area ever again!
