Perhaps they cleaned up their operation to save face, but my experience was nothing like the other reviews here. Budget was the only rental car place without a line during pick-up, the car was pristine, and dropoff was smooth and straightforward. However, I can’t write this without throwing a stray at Hertz, who has certainly given me the treatment described in the other posts, so I get it lol.

Egregiously unethical business practices!!!! Please thoroughly inspect for any damage prior to checking out a vehicle. I received a letter in the mail claiming that I was responsible for over $800 in damages for aged chipped paint (that by looking at the pictures) was obviously neglected for months. I only had possession of the vehicle for 12 hours at the most, there was no way possible I could have done it . Upon calling it to dispute the charges, the agent claimed there will be an “investigation”, however about 3 weeks later my credit card was charged without notice. I called again to same agent & it was the same bogus explanation, obviously an unethical practice being done. Luckily I was able to dispute it with my credit card company & I was able to get my money back. Long story short I will not do business with Budget again, and I highly encourage anyone who does, to please be careful.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS BUDGET AGAIN PROBABLY ANY BUDGET MY CARD WAS OVER CHARGED I ARRIVED AT 11PM AND DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 2AM PICKING UP A RENTAL THEY MARKED FULL FOR THE FUEL I NOTICED AT THE GATE SO THE GUY CHANGED IT ON MY PAPER I RETURNED THE CAR AN THE NEXT DAY RECEIVED A RECEIPT 76$ IN FUEL ON THERE WEN THE CAR WAS RETURNED WHERE I RENTED IT FROM

I work in the airport I came over to see we’re my funds went I was told they new omebody had a fake page of them they didn’t help me at all everyone was rude to me why is the scam page still up that’s crazy why not tell people if you no I just lost 500 dollars I will be sewing I tried to rent for a funeral I’m now stuck at the airport

Horrible service. My reservation was not honored (march 18th @ 1240 am), I did not receive my corporate discount and because they refused to run my card again they were willing to leave me stranded at the airport without any recourse to rectify the situation.
This makes me want to quit budget for the hassle and definitely never visit the Atlanta area ever again!

When I need a rental car for by myself, I usually rent from Budget rent a car. But this time my friend rented a car from Budget car rental from Atlanta airport.
I had no idea about Fastbreak. it was super nice and very easy way to rent a car. Instead of waiting for a huge line just go and do The Fastbreak.

Despite all of the negative reviews of this location, I had a very good experience and feel that the Budget employees deserve credit for their excellent customer service.
I booked my reservation via the Budget website, and proceeded to the Budget counter after landing from a long cross-country flight from San Diego. I told the agent that I needed the car for a few days for a business trip to a remote location in rural Georgia. Since it was late in the day, she very kindly offered me a free upgrade to the next class of cars, and went in the back to get the approval from her manager.
A few minutes later she came back and apologized profusely saying that they were sold out of that class of vehicles as well as the original class that I had reserved. I was prepared for the sales pitch as she would try to upsell me into an expensive car, but instead and quite by surprise, she handed me the keys to a Ford Edge SUV and said there would be no upcharge for the vehicle. Oh happy day!!!!
This was a wonderful all-wheel drive; V6 with a 6-speed automatic transmission. It was perfect for where I was heading, and had lots of room for when the guys piled in to the seats and we ran out to our favorite Waffle House.
The whole car rental experience was handled professionally, quickly, and smoothly.

I just got a call from Atlanta Ga. from my niece saying after booking with a major car rental place( I won’t say their name but it “hurts” to use them) they would not honor their reservation leaving her stranded downtown after taking a bus from Detroit. No one had cars due to a golf tournament that weekend. I called 800 budget talked to Jodie and she hooked me up with this place. I talk to Jase at the Courtland budget and he got my niece a great deal on a car. You don’t know how relieved I was when Jase and Jodie got her on the road again. My niece is a young girl traveling by herself to visit me and her Aunt in Fla. Thanks Jase and Jodie for helping my niece. P.S. they got her a better price than those other guys.

I rented a car here and they were by far the nicest and best price in the area .Jase treated me with the up most respect even though my reservations got a little messed up in the system jase fixed everything and made my day so much better , also he had a smile on his face the whole time. He went above and beyond. It’s people like him that reminds me that there is still good people in this world:) my car was nice too:) thanks again jase
