UPDATE: Feb 2024 – I had a problem with my heater not coming on due to water leaking from the unit. A couple of technicians came out to repair the issue but could not determine what was wrong with our system. Then David Blalock was sent out. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it WITHOUT buying a new furnace (one of the other technicians told us we needed to buy a new furnace.) David Blalock is conscientious, even called me on the weekend to make sure the unit was still working, and was an excellent troubleshooter. BIG shout out to David Blalock from Bucky Holland.
I had a tree fall on the power line causing me to lose my ground neutral. MANY strange electric issues ensued. Once Ga Power repaired the line, my upstairs AC unit had no power. David Blalock came our quickly and diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, clearly an expert in unraveling these types of electrical issues, and replaced my board and transformer the same day. Excellent service.
I recently had an AC evaporator coil go out in the heat of summer. Richard came by quickly and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a bandaid fix until the permanent solution could be worked. Excellent service.
Thanks to Bucky Holland expertise and great staff.I never seen a company with so much prompt appearance and satisfactory to their customers needs.I had Mr. David Blalock as my tech and he was so wonderful and very, very well experienced with everything he does went over everything with me so clearly and understanda doable with his diagnostic on the system that he knows very, very well.I would highly recommend David Blalock and the company staff to everyone who needs AC/Heating service.David Blalock is the BEST that I’ve seen.Again thanks for keeping me and my family comfortable at all times even when something is going on satisfying us with the best service.
