My family and I have made the Broome Family Eye Care office a part of our family for a little over 3 years now. Every time we enter the office we’re happily greeted and attended to promptly. Dr. Broome and all of his tech assistants are absolutely wonderful with children of various ages. A process that would normally stress a mamma out, is so streamlined and honestly impressive. The lovely ladies that assist with frame fitting are excellent at finding a style you crave, and they’re so patient with indecisive customers (like me!). And finally, the finance/payment department continues the stellar service, being incredibly tolerant when I bungled my insurance coverage information.
I 100% recommend Broome Family Eye Care to anyone looking for an optometry-home. You will receive genuine care from beginning to end of any and every appointment.
