Your home will be cleaned according to the instructions you provided during the consultation visit. If you believe the service doesn’t reasonably meet the instructions, notify Brittany Maids within one business day. A team will re-clean your home within two business days, according to your initial instructions.

If your reasonable expectations have not been met after the second cleaning, you will not be asked to pay for the service. Brittany Maids will write a check equal to your payment to a confirmed 501(c)(3) charity of your choice.

Fast, friendly and very efficient. My wife and I have been using Brittany Maids for over 10 years and are very happy with their service. They work in teams of 2 to 3 people, so it usually only takes them a few hours to get the job done. Have used them at our house for years (7+).
Consistently do a good job.
Come during window they say that will. Take great pains to make sure they don’t track in any dirt from driveway or sidewalk.
Never had a concern about them working here: whether I’m at home or out of the house when they come.
We have them use a few non-toxic cleaners (that we supply) and they do a great job with our own products and the stuff they bring.
Recently had Phillip and MyKeela come to house: dog fur and pollen all over screened porch and few hours later, clean as could be.
No regrets with them.

Very satisfied with their service. They have been cleaning our home for a few years now and have never had any major problems. I am always at home when they come so I am able to instruct the cleaners upon arrival on my preferences. Lori, their office manager is very efficient and my very few grievances have been promptly corrected. They are always on time and have never missed a date unless I canceled in advance.

For about 10 years, I have had Brittany Maids come to clean our home. We have never had any issues. The employees are courteous, punctual and do a great job.

We started by having them come every two weeks but now that we are empty-nesters, once a month works well. It is a wonderful feeling to come on “cleaning service day,” when the whole place is sparkling clean, then all we have to do is light dusting and sweeping to keep everything nice. I highly recommend Brittany Maids.
