Bowen Refrigeration is a family-owned and -operated business that has been serving Savannah since 1956. We offer a large variety of services, including sales, appliance repair and installation. We have a wide selection of both used and new major brand appliances available for purchase.

These brands include Magic Chef, Amana, GE, Whirlpool, Gibson, Frigidaire and Kenmore. We also specialize in the replacement and repair of central heating systems and air conditioning units. We do not service ducts, but we can repair and replace some, depending on the job.

They are always courteous and don’t stop there…if they don’t have what you need they will send you where you can get it. If it is something small enough not to have to bring it in for repair, they Will tell you what to do on the phone. It always ends up working, for me anyway. For instance my upright freezer froze up and the fan motor stopped so we unplugged it. They told me what to do before plugging it back up. That was about 3 years ago and today I still have a freezer that works fine.
I recommend Bowen Refrigeration to anyone that’s needs Appliance service. Thank you Bowen family for being so helpful to me! I’ll be back, if ever I have to.

Found them through the rating system here and on Google. They weren’t the fastest in fixing my refrigerator, and they ordered the wrong part the first time, so why am I giving them a 4-star…..because they are very very professional, nice, and neat while in the house. It wasn’t a crisis anyway because it’s not a full time use house, so we weren’t in a hurry. Their repairman was polite, neat, and kept us posted on his arrival so we could coordinate with them. Customer service and politeness go a long way even when you mess up.

Woke up this morning to our less than two year old refrigerator not cooling. Made a phone call to Bowen and got a prompt call back. Josh was at my home in an hour and found the trouble. He had to find the part, go get it and come back!!! He is awesome and very polite . I will recommend Bowen Refrigeration to anyone!!!

I am glad I didn’t read the reviews on here before I called them. I called them because I HEARD good things. When I called to set up appt, the girl was fantastic. Service guy was here next morning ahead of schedule. Very professional, worked quickly, and fixed our dryer for a very reasonable price. Could easily have ripped me off because I thought it was more serious than what it was. Definitely honest, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Wish I remembered his name! Highly recommend.
