All of the people at Bond James Bond Bails were friendly and professional. I don’t live in the State of Georgia but needed to secure a bond for my son. Although it was a length process they walked me through the steps and we got it done totally online. I truly appreciate their help. Hopefully I never need a Bondsman in the future but if I do, I certainly would utilize Bonds James Bond again.

Very prompt and friendly helped me get all the info I needed and communicated everything quickly. Made sure I understood what I was signing and answered all my questions. Staff was very professional and kind.

My grandson found his way into a very trying situation. James Bond when they were contacted came through with little to no problem. I took care of my end and within no time. James Bond came through for me and my family. Everyone was very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. If there is ever another time I would not hesitate to use them again.

They definitely help you when you feel like the world is against you! I can’t express the need for services like they provide when you need them most. Also beware of people calling you because they are scammers. Don’t fall for the dirty tricks that someone who is calling when you actually need help. B go to their location and talk to them!

Talked to Odessa on the phone, really a pleasant person and a pleasure to deal with. When I got there a couple hours later, Shawn helped me, and she was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with as well. This was my first time engaging in this kind of service. It’s not something most folks want to do, but if you have to, call these folks, they make a tough situation a lot better with their great attitude and customer service. We received the VERY BEST care possible from this Bail Bond Company. Specifically JESSICA has gone out of her way to help us manage pymts to meet obligations made to help out a loved one who was wrongly incarcerated. Aside from the sweet, funny & amazing Jessica, we are also blessed with Elizabeth, who looks things up when we need help managing our pymt dates & is so cheery & bright even when taking calls in the middle of the night!! So we do not think that it’s ironic that these 2 ladies who go above & beyond and are both kind, sweet & caring as well as smart, just happen to be at the same Bail Bonding Company – James Bond Bail Bonds clearly seek out the most excellent people with superb qualifications to employ. In Gwinnett County, this is THE only bonding company I will use. The staff, just a hand full of people, are very nice and accommodate what ever strange issue I may have. Nothing is ever cut & dry for me. But they bend over backwards to help. I highly recommend Bond, James Bond !!! I love the name !!!

They were actually great, because after the way you get treated in Gwinnett County Jail it’s unreal. I was just so thankful that someone would come get me and not freak out on all the signatures because I’m not from here and I don’t intend to stay in jail for some craziness. The experience that I went through was actually unbelievable, unbelievable, actually. My roommate came to get me out on a 900 and something dollar Bond it was like $120 before Gwinnett County got done with us it was 209 but regardless the James Bond staff was wonderful they let me pay what we thought it was supposed to be and let me give him the rest what I got out and it was awesome.
I would without a doubt recommend anyone to call them. Thank you guys so much.

Don’t call anyone else. Call bond James Bond inc. I know people who used them lately. And they were very quick about replying to me about my family member. They even comforted me when I got too worried! Very sweet people. Honestly if you find a crazy family member or something that goes to jail for any reason, call BOND JAMES BOND. and call ONLY them. It was a very high bond so they even worked with me on that! Very quick and Efficient as well. It would definitely touch your heart when you see that they actually care about people. It’s not just work for them. They CARE. Honestly.
